6 гистосовместимости антигены
комплекс антигенов (см. антиген), кодируемых у человека локусом HLA (см. главный комплекс гистосовместимости), расположенным на коротком плече хромосомы 6. В HLA выделяют 5 генетических структурных единиц — сублокусов (А, В, С, D и DR), в которых содержится несколько аллелей. В сублокусе DR идентифицирован ген иммунного ответа. Г.а. характеризуют иммунологическую индивидуальность организма, определяя характер и силу иммунного ответа, участвуют в узнавании антител. Между наличием определенных Г.а. и некоторыми заболеваниями существует ассоциативная, статистически достоверная, но не абсолютная связь. Чужеродные Г.а. вызывают отторжение трансплантата. Первые Г.а. были обнаружены у человека Ж. Доссе в 1958 г. (Нобелевская премия за 1980 г. совместно с Б. Бенасеррафом и Дж. Снеллом).Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
